Keeping Your Focus in Growing Revenues

It is a challenge to stay clear – and focused – especially as an entrepreneur or a salesperson in your territory. How to do it? My quick take:

Write your goals down. You can’t improve what you don’t measure.

Let others know what you are working on – they will help you get there.

Make time to reflect – it is the only way you can get out of what you are working on for new perspective.

Check in with yourself on Monday – go through your week, and on Friday, have a little sit-down with yourself and review what you accomplished, and whether you stayed on track.

Focus, focus, and re-focus. Rinse, and repeat.
